Why Make Your Own Oat Milk?

Health Benefits of Oat Milk
Oat milk is a great dairy-free alternative that provides:
- Fibre: Oats contain beta-glucan, a type of soluble fibre that supports heart health.
- Naturally Sweet Taste: Unlike some plant milks, oat milk has a mild sweetness without added sugars.
- Dairy-Free & Vegan-Friendly: A great option for those avoiding dairy.
- Customizable: You can add vanilla, cinnamon, or even cocoa powder for different flavour variations.

FAQs
Rolled oats work best. Quick oats may create a slimy texture, and steel-cut oats require longer soaking.
This is natural! Just shake it well before using.
Can I flavour my oat milk?
Yes! Try adding cinnamon, cocoa powder, or even a date for extra sweetness.
Final Thoughts
Homemade oat milk is a simple and fun way to make your own plant-based milk. While store-bought oat milk is just fine, experimenting with different flavours and ingredients can be a great way to personalize it to your taste. Enjoy!
