These Ground Chicken Tacos are easy, customizable, and perfect for a family taco night! Made with seasoned ground chicken, black beans, fresh veggies, and your choice of taco shells or wraps.

Ingredients You’ll Need

  • 2 lbs ground chicken
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade blend)
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • ¼ cup chopped onions
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • Salsa and sour cream, for serving
  • Hard taco shells, soft tortillas, or nacho chips

How to Make Ground Chicken Tacos

1. Prepare Toppings – Chop tomatoes, onions, and lettuce. Set up your taco toppings.

2. Cook Chicken – In a large pan over medium heat, cook ground chicken until almost fully cooked.

3. Season & Simmer – Add taco seasoning and stir well. Cook until chicken is browned and fully cooked.

4. Assemble Tacos – Fill taco shells or wraps with chicken, black beans, and your favourite toppings.

5. Serve & Enjoy – Add salsa, sour cream, and any other favourite toppings.

Storage Tips

  • Store leftover cooked chicken in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
