Orange Ginger Carrot Juice

One of my favorite ways to use up produce—especially reduced options from the store—is to create this Orange Ginger Carrot Juice. Packed with the sweetness of oranges, the earthiness of carrots, and the zing of fresh ginger, it’s both delicious and nourishing.
