- 1 ¼ cup Milk of choice I used soy
- 2 tablespoon Sugar free vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
Pour all ingredients into the Ninja Creami pint.
Blend the mixture with a frother until smooth.
Place the pint in the freezer for 24 hours.
After 24 hours, remove the pint from the freezer and insert it into the Ninja Creami machine. Spin on the Lite Ice Cream setting.
Re-spin on the Lite Ice Cream setting for a perfect consistency.
Scoop the ice cream into a bowl and serve immediately.
