Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Instructions

1. Pour all ingredients into the Ninja Creami pint.

2. Blend the mixture with a frother until smooth.

3. Place the pint in the freezer for 24 hours.

4. After 24 hours, remove the pint from the freezer and insert it into the Ninja Creami machine. Spin on the Lite Ice Cream setting.

5. Re-spin on the Lite Ice Cream setting for a perfect consistency.

6. Scoop the ice cream into a bowl and serve immediately.

Storage

Store any leftovers in the Ninja Creami pint in the freezer. When ready to enjoy again, use the Ninja Creami to re-spin the ice cream for the best texture. Note: Re freezing and re spinning left over ice cream may result in a icier texture.
