Ninja Creami Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups milk of choice
  • ¼ cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • Optional: 1 scoop vanilla or peanut butter protein powder

Equipment

  • Ninja Creami
  • Ninja Creami pint
  • Milk frother or mini whisk
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Spatula or spoon

Method
 

  1. In a Ninja Creami pint, combine all ingredients.
  2. Use a milk frother or whisk to blend until completely smooth.
  3. Freeze the pint for 24 hours.
  4. Once frozen, insert the pint into the Ninja Creami and run on the Lite Ice Cream setting.
  5. Add a splash of milk and re-spin once or twice
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Dairy-free: Use almond, oat, or soy milk to make it completely plant-based.
  • Nut-free: Substitute with sunflower seed butter.
  • Sweetener swap: Use honey or a sugar-free syrup instead of maple syrup.
