Try these simple and delicious Coconut Date Balls made with just three ingredients! A sweet and healthy treat that’s perfect for snacking or dessert.

  • Knife
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Mini ice cream scoop optional

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Pitted dates
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  • 3 teaspoon Cocoa powder
  • cup Unsweetened coconut flakes for rolling

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the dates: If the dates are not already pitted, remove the pits.
  • Blend ingredients: Add the pitted dates, water, and cocoa powder to a food processor. Blend until the mixture is smooth and sticky. If the mixture isn’t sticking together, add a bit more water.
  • Form balls: Use your hands or a mini ice cream scoop to shape the mixture into small balls.
  • Coat in coconut: Roll each ball in unsweetened coconut flakes until fully coated.
  • Serve and enjoy: Enjoy immediately or store for later.
