- 1 cup Pitted dates
- 2 tablespoon Water
- 3 teaspoon Cocoa powder
- ⅓ cup Unsweetened coconut flakes for rolling
Prepare the dates: If the dates are not already pitted, remove the pits.
Blend ingredients: Add the pitted dates, water, and cocoa powder to a food processor. Blend until the mixture is smooth and sticky. If the mixture isn’t sticking together, add a bit more water.
Form balls: Use your hands or a mini ice cream scoop to shape the mixture into small balls.
