- 1 ¼ cup Soy milk or milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon Sugar free vanilla pudding mix
- 1 scoop Good Protein - Strawberry protein powder
- 2 handful frozen strawberries one for the mixture, one for mix in
Blend the Base: Combine soy milk, maple syrup, pudding mix, protein powder, strawberries in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Freeze: Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container. Cover and freeze for 24 hours.
Spin: After 24 hours, insert the pint into the Ninja Creami and spin using the "Lite Ice Cream" setting.
Add Mix-Ins: Add more strawberries, then respin on the "mix in" setting for a perfectly creamy texture.
Serve and Enjoy: Scoop into a bowl or cone and enjoy your homemade strawberry ice cream!
