  • 3 medium white onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 ½ cups boiled water

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1: Chop the white onions into thin slices. Pack the sliced onions tightly into a clean mason jar until it’s full.

Step 2:Pour 1 cup of white vinegar over the onions. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt.

Step 3: Carefully pour boiled water into the jar, filling it to the top. Make sure all the onions are submerged.

Step 4: Seal the jar tightly and place it in the refrigerator. Let the onions pickle for at least 12 hours before enjoying.
