Tips and Tricks

  • For the Smoothest Texture: Don’t skip the second spin —this is key to achieving that perfect creamy consistency.
  • Boost Flavour: Add a dash of vanilla extract before the initial freeze for a deeper flavour.
  • Add Some Crunch: Toss in chopped nuts like almonds for texture. Chocolate-covered almonds would be a great addition too!

Storage Instructions

  • Leftovers: Store any leftover ice cream in the Ninja Creami pint with a lid.
  • Freezing: Keep in the freezer for up to a week. Re-spin before serving to restore the creamy consistency.

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Ninja Creami
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Substitutions and Variations

  • Milk Options: Substitute soy milk with almond milk, oat milk, or regular milk.
  • Protein Powder: Use your favourite brand and flavour, like vanilla or strawberry, for extra customization.
  • Sweeteners: Swap maple syrup for honey or agave nectar.

Yes, the Ninja Creami is what creates the creamy ice cream texture from frozen ingredients, but you can try this in a high-speed blender. It won’t give the same “creamy” texture like ice cream though.

Yes! Whatever you have on hand works!

Do I have to mix in strawberries?

No, just make sure you if you are not adding strawberries with the mix in feature that you at least re spin the ice cream once more for perfect texture!
