Whether you’re looking for a post-workout treat, a healthier dessert, or just a way to sneak in extra protein, this Ninja Creami Protein Ice Cream recipe is a winner.

Ingredients

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 ½ cups milk of choice – dairy or non-dairy.
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free Jell-O pudding mix – vanilla works great.
  • 1 scoop Good Protein vanilla protein powder – my favourite for a creamy texture and delicious flavour.
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional) – for a little extra sweetness.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Mix the base: In the Ninja Pint whisk together the milk, protein powder, pudding mix, and maple syrup (if using). Make sure it’s smooth and well combined.
  2. Freeze: Freeze for 24 hours
  3. Spin: Place the frozen pint into your Ninja Creami and run the “Lite Ice Cream”  function. Scrape down the sides and respin.
  4. Enjoy: Scoop it out and dig in! Add toppings or mix-ins if you like.

Storage

If you don’t finish the whole pint, smooth the top, cover, and return to the freezer. To serve again, simply respin in the Ninja Creami until creamy. Texture may be slightly different.
