Why You’ll Love This

This coffee ice cream is rich, creamy, and gives you that subtle caffeine kick. It’s made with simple ingredients, great for a healthy dessert or post-dinner treat.

Why These Ingredients?

Milk: Creates a creamy base and adds protein.
Instant coffee: Delivers a strong coffee flavour with no brewing required.
Vanilla extract: Enhances flavour.
Maple syrup: Adds natural sweetness
Sugar-free vanilla pudding mix: Gives it that thick creamy texture.
Vanilla protein powder (optional): Boosts protein to make this a more satisfying, nourishing dessert.

Equipment

  • Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker – essential for that soft-serve texture
  • Ninja Creami Pint Container – for freezing and spinning
  • Milk frother or mini whisk – for blending ingredients evenly
  • Measuring cups and spoons – to get accurate proportions
  • Spatula or spoon – for scooping and serving

Tips for Delicious Ice Cream

  • Want a crunch? Add chocolate-covered espresso beans using the Mix-In setting after the first spin.
  • Prefer a sweeter flavour? Add an extra teaspoon of maple syrup or a dash of sweetener.

Substitutions, Variations, and Dietary Restrictions

Dairy-free: Use almond, oat, or soy milk with a plant-based protein powder.
Sweetener: Replace maple syrup with agave, honey, or a sugar-free syrup.

FAQs: Ninja Creami Coffee Ice Cream

Why is my Ninja Creami ice cream crumbly?

It’s common! Re-spin the mixture once or twice, adding a splash of milk if needed, to achieve a smooth texture.

Can I use decaf coffee?

Yes, decaf instant coffee works perfectly if you want to avoid caffeine.

Can I make this without a Ninja Creami?

Yes, but the texture will be different. You can freeze the mixture and blend it in a high-powered blender or food processor for a soft-serve result.
