Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups soy milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 scoop Good Protein Mint Chocolate Chip protein powder
  • ¼ teaspoon mint extract
  • Handful of mint chocolate chips (mix in) 

Directions / Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Mix the Base: Combine soy milk, maple syrup, pudding mix, protein powder, and mint extract in the ninja creami pint and froth until blended. 

2. Freeze: Freeze for 24 hours.

3. Spin: Place the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami and spin on the "Lite Ice Cream" setting.

4. Add Chocolate Chips: After the first spin, create a small well in the centre and add the mint chocolate chips. Re-spin for a creamy, smooth texture.

5. Serve: Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy immediately!

Storage

Store any leftovers in the Ninja Creami pint with the lid securely attached. Re-spin before serving to refresh the texture. Re-freezing the ice cream may result in a different texture when spun again.
