Nutrition

Mango is rich in vitamin C, which supports immune health, and contains antioxidants like beta-carotene that are good for eye health. The fibre in mango also supports digestion, making this a delicious and nourishing dessert.

Variations & Add-Ins

  • Coconut twist – Add 2 tablespoons of canned coconut milk before freezing for a creamy mango-coconut sorbet.
  • Spice it up – Sprinkle with chili powder or Tajín for a sweet-and-spicy kick.
  • Berry blend – Swap half the mango for frozen raspberries or strawberries.

Storage

Store leftovers in the Ninja Creami pint in the freezer. When ready to enjoy again, simply run the Re-spin cycle for the perfect texture.

Can I use fresh mango instead of frozen?

Yes, but you’ll need to freeze it first. Peel, dice, and freeze fresh mango until completely solid before adding it to the Ninja Creami pint.

Do I have to use stevia?

No — you can use sugar, maple syrup, honey, or any sweetener you prefer. Adjust the amount to your taste.

Can I make this without lemon juice?

Yes, but lemon juice helps brighten the flavour and balance the sweetness. You could also use lime juice for a twist.
