If you love sweet and salty snacks, you’re going to be obsessed with these chocolate covered Brazil nuts. They’re simple to make, full of healthy fats, and have a deep chocolate flavour in every bite. All you need is chocolate chips, Brazil nuts, and a little sea salt.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup chocolate chips (dark, semi-sweet, or your favourite)
  • ½ cup Brazil nuts (about 50 nuts)
  • Sea salt, for topping

Directions

1. Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.

2. Mix in the Nuts: Add the Brazil nuts to the melted chocolate and stir until well coated.

3. Arrange & Sprinkle: Using a fork or spoon, transfer the chocolate-covered nuts to a plate lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with sea salt.

4. Chill: Place in the fridge for 1 hour until the chocolate is set.

5. Serve: Transfer to a bowl and enjoy, or store for later snacking.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. For longer storage, freeze in a sealed container for up to 2 months.

Chocolate Covered Brazil Nuts

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Chocolate chips
  • ½ cup Brazil nuts about 50
  • Sea salt to taste optional

Method
 

  1. Melt chocolate chips in microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Stir in Brazil nuts to coat.
  3. Lay coated nuts on parchment-lined plate and sprinkle with sea salt.
  4. Refrigerate for 1 hour until chocolate sets.
  5. Enjoy and store extras in the fridge!
