FAQs

Can I make these mocktails ahead of time?

Yes prepare the juices, sliced fruit, and garnishes a few hours in advance and keep them chilled in the fridge. For the best fizz, wait to add ginger ale or club soda until just before serving.

How can I make these drinks lower in sugar?

Use unsweetened cranberry or pomegranate juice, choose club soda instead of ginger ale, and skip the sugared rim. You can also dilute juices with extra sparkling water.

What’s the best way to make the drinks look festive?

Use lots of colour: fresh cranberries, citrus slices, rosemary sprigs, and pomegranate arils all add a beautiful holiday touch. Serving the drinks in clear glasses or stemware makes them extra eye-catching.

Can I turn these mocktails into cocktails?

Absolutely. Gin, vodka, prosecco, or white wine pair well with these flavours. Add your preferred amount of alcohol to taste, and adjust the sparkling water or ginger ale as needed.
